Firstly I must thank the Chairperson, Secretary, & the hard working Committee for

Organising such a wonderful show. So many unusual specials from so many people the Patron Mrs.Val Chivers of Australia sent for BEST PUPPY - Mrs Wright Jones gave £10 for Dog CC - Bitch CC.- Res D CC & Res BCC she is also Hon.Life President who along with her late husband Nichol founded this club and attends every year, this year due to an accident and still having to attend hospital for treatment to her knee was regretfully absent but her thoughts were with us. We missed her Get well soon Betty. Reserve Best in show was presented by Miss Mallows. Stakes Classes presented by Mrs.Lambert & all specials for all classes from the club. Mrs.Smith Shobri presented Junior Bitch winner. Donations to show funds from Miss Annette Allen & Mrs. Judith Risby & Royal Canin for all their support.

Now I thank my friends old & new for bringing their lovely dogs for me to judge and accepting the placements. When I entered the ring to start judging I was greeted by a very welcome clapping which brought a lump to my throat and a tear to my eye & later when a huge basket of flowers arrived by interflora from my dear friend Valerie in Australia, She is the Clubs Patron and always sends the Club some specials for every show.

I would like to say our breed is strong & healthy and on this very hot day not a dog or bitch was panting or showed any problems with their breathing in any way. I congratulate our breeders and I am sure they will deal with the few problems I met and they were a surprise to me for example small feet we have always had big flat feet and please do not cut the fringes from the feet if they are long and impede their actual movement just lightly trim. Please do exercise your dogs good firm muscles much more important than the large fluffy coats too many not well muscled Especially in hind quarters.

1^ST Francis/Mee/Franshaw PEKUIS CONQUEST L/R of ideal size with well shaped body nicely boned and bowed legs a short thick neck, with a big shallow lovely head open well placed fearures with black mask good nose and nostrils with well finished mouth in nice coat and he moved & showed like a veteran BPIS.

2^nd Batrims L/F Shallow headed with black mask and dark eyes, nose, nostrils, short neck, nice size with level back and well bodied, showed well not just the finish of no.1.

1^st Morley/Box Ricardo Rockin Robin at Jidoran P/F Big head, black muzzle & shaded face which is wide & shallow with expressive eyes tgood nose & nostrils, with wide jaw and finish of mouth has a short thick neck & has a well shaped body level in back and well set tail, nice legs moved, showed well for his young handler will watch his progress with interest.

2^nd Risbys Pascan Poachers Moon P/F lovely size make and shape with deep chest and short neck, not just as big in head as no 1, good expressive eyes and moved with dignity.

1^st Klerks - Klerks Hof X Files 9ima Holland P/Fwell shaped with correct coat texture

Fitted & showed his shape of body with short neck and big head, black muzzle open well placed features dark expressive eyes and good finish of mouth’. Level back.good bowed llegs of good bone, splendid taiil carriage moved and showed so confidently and well.

2^nd Hydes Greyport San Lorenzo Livanda Handsome dog of bigger type, good deep firm body & bone short neck black masked head with black fringes framing his face nice eye , nose etcand finish of mouth. Needs to firm up, but he showed well.

1^st Robertshaws Lotusgrange Orient Label a mahogany red rarely seen these days coat which is well fitted showing his stocky well shaped body with deep chest desired neck and thick short legs & big feet, neck with Large masculine head black face with big dark eyes, nose & wide muzzel level back & tail set, was a little silly at first but soon settled down and moved well showing you hes sound.

2^nd Lees Frampton Suspicious Minds P/R in nice coat and fringes nice size with level back short thick neck carrying his head with well placed features dark eye & nostrils framed with fringes, he moved steadily with dignity.

1^st Pembertons Lynbank Littleman Man Tate Stood alone but well deserved his placing his size ideal good shapely dog well bodied with level back and short neck

Nicely finished head level scull and features well placed dark eyes, nose & nostrils with neat finish of mouth & chin. Has a good front and tail set, moved & showed well.

Parkins Cliffviews Don’y Stop Me Now R/F brindle hes a lovely size and shape carrying a harsh coat with level back and tail set nice bone and feet neck & shallow head dark eyes nose, nostrils mouth & chin wide muzzle fringes framed this picture

Moved & showed sufficiently well just wish he’d lift his head up’

2ndRobertshaws Lotusgrange White tye’n’Tails another stockily dark R/B well made shapely body nice neck carrying a big Head wide Black muzzle black nose eyes & nostrils good mouth & chin well framed with fringes and he moved okay.

1^st Smiths Palacegarden Osric F/B Black faced masculine Dog of medium size with deep well shaped body deep chest & level back, neck with big head well placed features expressive eyes, pigment good on nose nostrils, mouth and firm chin

Heavily boned legs a well fitted harsh coat showed off his shape when he moved steadily & with dinity

2^nd Shaw/Francis?Cisfran’s Cisfran Accolade L/R with well placed features on head & face soft dark expressive eyes, nose.nostrils with firm mouth and chin well finishes muzzle set on short thick neck. Shapley in body and nice bone with enough coat of correct texture moves & shows with confidence

MINOR PUPPY BITCH {3}

1^st Shaw/Francis/Mee Pekehuis Applause L/R & 2nd Pemberton/McNamara Queen of Diamonds P/F I found it very difficult to separate these two both of ideal size nicely shaped body and good bone depth of chest with level back neck supporting a shallow head with dark expressive eyes nose wrinkle and nostrils, firm chin. Showed & moved okay. Perhaps No1 was a bit more confident.

2^nd Shaw/Mee/Klerks/francis Klerks Hof Femme Fatale @ Pekequis F/B nice size with good body & bone with deep chest, neck holding a shallow head Black muzzle big nostrils just preferred finish of mouth of no.1

Ellis/Scott Precious Treasure a good dual purpose bitch of good shape with good deep body & well boned legs & feet short neck, head well placed features eyes nose & chin

Level back & tail in nice coat and fringes moved & showed well deserved her placing.

Mouth and muzzle well finished has good head line good bone and feet showed okay

Seen her better presented.

2^nd Morley/ Box Jidoran Norah Colour Silver Fawn ideal dual purpose girl, solid and well bodied level back, good neck black face with dark eyes and good nostrils, nicely finished mouth and muzzle, spoilt herself today by not giving her best.

3 beautiful majestic girls present all worthy of first prize I found difficult

1^st Morley & Box Jidoran Antonia Lovely feminine quality pale fawn coat nice texture well presented and shown with good wide & shallow head lustrous dark eyes, just right in amount of wrinkle with good firm mouth and chin a well shaped body with nicely boned legs and good feet. Shows beautifully one I’d have been proud to own

2^nd Easdon & Martin Yakee Come On Eileen R/well coated heavy body and bone with level back and deep chest good tail carriage, moved and showed well, big head well placed eyes good nostrils and nose firm in mouth and jaw not just as femine as number 1.

3^rd Duggan CH Vinduguard My Valentine. Gorgeous red in full coat and fringes, moved like a queen in her best gown deep body and chest with level back and good legs and feet has well finished face eyes dark and expressive nostril and nose good chin and mouth that fit’s the standard good tail set.
